Jacob has been building successful businesses for over 30 years. He sits on the boards of various private and public companies. His background is a Chartered Accountant working for large corporations. He owned Total Recruitment which he exited successfully in 2012. He is currently the Chairman of CCCDMS and works closely with the management team to lead its growth as a key player in the Philippines BPO industry.
Mark Bartolo is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Agent. Having obtained his B.Com from Melbourne University in 1982, then worked for Peat Marwick Mitchell now part of the KPMG group. In 1991 Mark commenced MDB & Co a Chartered Accounting Practice. He has been involved in running medium sized accounting practices since 1990.
In 2007 Mark sold his interests in MDB. MDB was highly service orientated business that offered clients the full suite of services and products from Business Management, Benchmarking, Financial Planning and Compliance and Tax activities.
Since 2007 Mark has been involved in a number of consulting roles including the offshoring of full accounting teams to the Philippines for Australian based public and private organisations. Recently Mark has also been involved in offshoring staff for accounting practices and is now a valued member of CCC.
Mark possess a unique blend of skills and experience that fits perfectly with CCC and its current and prospective client base.
Mark has over 16 years experience in the IT Industry at Senior Account Management and Sales Management and General Management levels.
After completing a double major at Otago University and a two year stint in Marketing and Sales in Auckland he spent the next four years in Europe, brokering large hardware deals to France and Spain.
Mark returned to New Zealand and worked for IndeServe, a large backbone cabling company, as Senior Account Manager involving large Auckland based RFP’s. Throughout the 4 years Mark worked for Maclean Computing initially as an Account Manager and then as Sales Manager.
Mark’s career has given him a broad knowledge of the IT industry from hardware sales and network backbones to large network infrastructure design and consultancy.
In 2005 Mark co-founded Radius Recruitment, now a leading boutique IT Recruitment Agency in New Zealand and his flagship business for a number of national and international companies and initiatives.
He joined CCC in 2014 as the leader of our NZ operations.
