• Understand technology requirements to setup your offshore team
• Identify processes and ensure the provider can help you adapt and streamline them efficiently
• Commit adequate resources to support the offshoring process
• Treat the offshore provider as if it were your front office
• Incorporate the outsource team members into your teams as far as possible
• Ensure the working conditions at your offshore provider are optimal and that your offshore teams are happy and motivated
